(hereinafter referred to as “Company”), we hereby inform you that we process your personal data as the data controller within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (hereinafter referred to as “KVKK”) and other relevant legislation.

The categories and explanations of personal data to be processed within the scope of the purposes and legal reasons specified in this Website Information Text in accordance with KVKK and other relevant legislation are as follows:

Contact Information: Phone number, e-mail address
Corporate Information: Position and title information
Audio/Visual Information: Security camera recording, call center audio recordings
Financial Information: Tax number, tax office, IBAN number, account number of the real person dealer
For what purpose will personal data be processed?

Your personal data,

Carrying out the necessary work by our business units to benefit you from the products and services offered by our company,
Recommending the products and services offered by our company to you; Planning and/or execution of market research activities for sales and marketing of products and services,
Contacting you to increase the eligibility to receive offers and to carry out the offer preparation process,
Planning and execution of after-sales services,
Ensuring the legal, technical and commercial occupational safety of relevant persons in business relations,
Ensuring quality monitoring of our products and services and tracking the products supplied,
Contacting you if you request information, documents, offers, technical support and/or application support, service and/or maintenance-support services from our company,
Recording it in the online software systems used by the Company to carry out its sales and marketing policies,

For the purposes specified in Article 5 (2) of the KVKK, “a) It is clearly foreseen by law”, “c) It is necessary to process personal data of the parties to the contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or execution of a contract”, “d) It is necessary for the data controller to fulfill his legal obligation.” It will be processed within the scope of the legal reasons “e) Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise or protection of a right”.

In order to ensure building security, images are recorded through security cameras located at the entrance doors, building exterior, parking lot, security booth and floor corridors within our service building, and the recording process is supervised by the security unit. In this context, security camera footage will be processed within the legal reason stated in Article 5 (2) of the KVKK: “f) Data processing is mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller, provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the relevant person.”

To whom and for what purpose the processed personal data can be transferred

Your personal data will be transferred without the express consent of the relevant person in accordance with Article 8 (2) (a) of the KVKK for the following purposes:

For the purpose of sending printed documents within the scope of information about the products and services offered by our company, the cargo service that carries out the shipment can be transferred to the company and this company can contact you.
It may be shared with relevant public institutions and organizations, if necessary or upon request, in order to fulfill legal obligations in accordance with the relevant legislation.
It may be shared with notaries, enforcement offices and/or courts, if necessary, for the purpose of carrying out financial and/or accounting affairs within the scope of collection of fees for products and services.
It can be shared with our lawyers as much as necessary within the framework of confidentiality obligation in order to follow the legal processes.
Transfer Abroad

Your personal data processed based on the legal reasons specified in Article 5 (2) of the KVKK is subject to the provisions of Article 9 (2) of the KVKK, as the sales, marketing and after-sales activities of the Company’s products and services are carried out through online software systems whose databases are abroad. In line with the conditions of transfer abroad, without obtaining the express consent of the relevant person,

To foreign countries declared to have adequate protection by the Personal Data Protection Board (hereinafter referred to as the “Board”) (“Foreign Country with Adequate Protection”)
Foreign country and/or country where the data controllers in Turkey and the relevant foreign country undertake in writing to provide adequate protection and where the Board has permission for the relevant transfer.
