Recruitment Process
In our Chemidor company, the recruitment process is one of the first and most important steps in building our organizational structure towards our goals and vision.
From this first step, all stages are carried out with the principle of confidentiality in accordance with the relevant laws and company regulations.
The recruitment process is initiated by publishing our internal and external announcements to match open positions with the most suitable candidates. Although our job postings are published on the career website, our open positions are periodically announced on our website.
In line with the job descriptions of open positions, the CVs of the applicants are examined and the first meeting with suitable candidates is held in the form of a telephone interview.
Suitable candidates who confirm the validity of their application are invited to the first interview where a face-to-face meeting will be held by our Human Resources Department for the second interview.
In the first interview conducted by our Human Resources Department, evaluations are made to determine the competence, potential and personality qualities of the candidates. At the same time, information is provided to introduce the open position requirements of our company to the candidates.
In the second interview stage, attended by the Human Resources Department and relevant Department Managers, suitable candidates are evaluated based on professional knowledge, adaptation to teamwork, communication and leadership, awareness and customer focus criteria.
If there is a foreign language requirement among the requirements of the position, written and oral foreign language knowledge evaluations are applied during the interview stages.
In the final stage, the reference and offer stages of the candidates are carried out. Candidates who mutually agree on our offer are sent a list of documents that must be submitted in accordance with the legal obligation for employment procedures.
Candidates who are deemed unsuitable for the open position as a result of the evaluation are informed via e-mail. CV and application information of all candidates are kept confidentially in our application pool records for six months to be evaluated for new open positions.
